SATOP’s Strategic Partners network consists of Economic Development Organizations, Chambers of Commerce, Incubators / Accelerators, and Small Business Development Centers, with each one located in various parts of Texas. Each organization promotes SATOP to its small business community and refers qualifying businesses to the program. With these Strategic Partners, SATOP is capable of reaching all regions of Texas, including the underserved areas.
